Spring is only a few weeks away, but our planning and preparation for the garden has been ongoing through the winter. Now with the sun rising slightly higher in the sky, we turn our attention to preparing the garden for planting once again.
Saturday, April 15th is our target date to return to the garden and offer our time and effort for thsoe who can benefit the most from our harvest.

Our Matthew XXV Garden team received a Second Place ribbon from the Penn State Extension's 19th Annual Fall Festival held at Smedley Park in Delaware county.

A generous parishioner has donated customized T-shirts to promote our Matthew 25 Garden. These are limited edition, 100% cotton shirts that reflect the spirit of our garden and the efforts of our parishioners to bring food to those who need it most in our community. They will be available for sale in the PLC for $10.00. All proceeds will go towards the efforts of our garden to continue to serve those in need.
Never one to shy away from work that needs to be done, Msgr. takes a well deserved break from the irrigation dig. We now have access to water at the garden site!
